I tried to get a replacement part for it and it just turned into delay after delay. Not really sure what was going on, but it got frustrating. The oven itself was still fine, but one little piece basically made the whole thing unusable.

I wasn’t a big fan of how thorkitchen.com looks. The design feels kind of outdated and really cluttered in places, and some pages just don’t come across as very clean. The pictures are nice enough, but the overall layout made browsing feel way harder than it needed to be. Definitely not the best first impression

I wanted to like it, but it runs way louder than I expected. After a while it started giving me a headache. Weirdly, I remember the little rattle it made every time my fridge kicked on in the next room, which made it even more annoying.

I usually don’t have much trouble ordering online, but this was a mess. The checkout kept freezing right when I thought it was going through, actually, no, it froze multiple times before I even got that far. The whole order process was confusing, and when I reached out to support, I never really got a clear answer.

I’ll say this first: the Thor Kitchen range looked really nice when it arrived, and I was excited to have it in the kitchen. At first glance, it had that solid, high-end feel I was hoping for.

Unfortunately, after just normal home use, little things started going wrong way sooner than they should have. The knobs felt loose, the oven temperature didn’t seem accurate, and over time it just stopped feeling dependable. For the price, I really expected it to hold up much better.

I wanted to like it, and I still think the design is attractive, but durability matters a lot with an appliance like this. Overall, it was a letdown for me, and I wouldn’t buy from thorkitchen.com again.

I called about a warranty issue thinking it would be straightforward, but I just kept getting passed from one person to another with no real answer. It ended up being way more frustrating than it needed to be. i wish I had read the reviews first because I probably would’ve been better prepared for the headache.

I ordered a range and the shipping just kept getting pushed back... the updates didn’t really tell me much either so I was basically just waiting around not knowing when it would actually show up

The install was easy overall. I was a little unsure at first, but it ended up going smoothly enough.

Not saying it’s a scam, but I expected this to be easier to clean. Grease really sticks around and takes more scrubbing than I thought it would...

The fridge does the job most of the time, but my gut reaction was that it should cool down faster after I put in a big grocery haul. The freezer seems consistent, so no real complaints there. I did have to mess with the temperature settings a couple times before it felt right. Overall, it’s not bad, but for the price, it feels average

I really wanted this to work, but it just doesn’t cook evenly. The edges end up burning while the middle is still cold... super frustrating :/

My order showed up looking like it had been tossed around the whole way here. One side of the box was completely crushed, the tape was barely holding on, and there was hardly any padding inside to protect it. For the price I paid, this really shouldn’t happen. I’m not just disappointed — I’ll be reaching out to customer service to escalate this because the packaging was nowhere near acceptable...
